Booking Terms

A reservation is confirmed only through the confirmation method shown during checkout. Prices are displayed in euros; any applicable taxes or mandatory fees are shown before final submission.

Payment, deposit and cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and are presented during booking. Those displayed conditions form part of the reservation agreement.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing. Guests may be asked for valid identification and must respect the property rules and maximum occupancy.

Personal data is processed to administer the stay, payments and required communications as described in the Privacy Policy. For changes or assistance, contact White Rose Athens Residence before arrival.
